Most digital stores treat PDF files as non-refundable. At Sensory Kids Books, we do the opposite:
If any digital workbook, daily planner, or printable kit does not fit your child or classroom needs, we will issue a full, prompt refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund on any digital purchase made directly through our website (via Stripe checkout):
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your email address used at checkout and your Stripe order receipt number.
- Our team will process your refund within 24 to 48 business hours. Funds return directly to your original payment method (typically appearing in 3–5 business days depending on your bank).
Physical Paperback Books (Fulfilled by Amazon)
When you purchase a printed paperback copy through our Amazon links, the printing, shipping, and order processing are managed directly by Amazon KDP.
Physical book returns, damaged shipments, and replacements are covered under Amazon's standard 30-day return policy. You can initiate a replacement or return directly through your Amazon Your Orders dashboard.
Unlimited Household & Classroom Use
