About this Resource
Interoception—the ability to feel what is happening inside your body—is often disrupted in neurodivergent kids. For the 1 in 36 children with autism and those with sensory processing differences, recognizing hunger, bathroom urges, or anxiety is genuinely difficult. I created this book to help children become "detectives" of their own bodies. I used sensory-friendly visuals and clear, step-by-step guides to help them map their internal sensations without feeling pressured or judged.
